Reputation Staff Writer

Today, Reputation.com announced major and very exciting news: Joe Fuca, a former DocuSign senior vice president and FinancialForce president, has taken the reins as Chief Executive Officer. Joe is a seasoned leader and executive of breakthrough SaaS companies, and he’s joining Reputation.com to lead the company through a period of accelerated growth.

Joe’s goal is to extend Reputation.com’s leadership position by scaling processes and infrastructure to attract and support a very large base of enterprise-class accounts. As the company’s new CEO, he plans to build out customer advisory boards and user groups, as well as the partner ecosystem.

New SaaS Territory? No Problem

With its unified platform for managing online reputation and customer experience, Reputation.com is spearheading a brand-new SaaS category. It’s uncharted territory, but Joe’s done it before — and he’s confident about taking Reputation.com to the next level of market leadership.

“Reputation.com delivers a truly transformative technology platform, has world-class talent, is clear on its mission, and is deeply committed to customer success,” Joe said, who added that he feels completely aligned with Michael Fertik’s vision and believes the timing is perfect for the company’s expansion.

With Joe at the helm, Reputation.com founder and interim CEO Michael Fertik will return to serving as executive chairman of the company’s board, providing continued direction and vision as the company moves into this next phase of rapid growth.
