You’ve Been Approved (or Rejected): Streamlined Social Post Approval Workflow
You’ve been asking for a more streamlined way to review and approve/reject posts…and we heard you! We’re bringing together the Calendar, Workflow and Tasks pages into a central location, making it quicker – and easier – to ensure your social content is on-brand and on-message. In the new Tasks page, you’ll see the post’s status (Ready for Review, Needs Revision, etc.) and can approve or reject a post with one click. Watch this video to see it in action!
Available now for all Publish users.
New View for Reviews: Updated Reviews Feed UI
With more bulk action capabilities, intuitive review tagging and categorizing based on sentiment, the new Reviews feed is designed to further streamline your team’s efficiency and organization across all of your locations. And AI-powered review responses make personalization easier than ever! We’ve also added export capabilities, based on direct feedback from Beta customers: you can now export reviews in .csv or Excel formats.

Set It and Collect It: Enhanced Review Automation & User Import Integrations
RepConnect lets you connect your important business tools to Reputation in just minutes. With pre-built links to popular third-party CRM, EHR, and DMS systems, the step-by-step, self-service wizard walks you through setting up integrations and automating tasks, like review requesting and profile or location updates. This month, we’re adding three new connectors:
Aline (Enquire): Dedicated to customers in the senior living industry, this connector pulls in data from the Aline CRM, then feeds it into Reputation to automatically send residents and/or their family member a review request.
Entrata: We’re extending the capabilities of our Entrata connector to include a “Notice Given” trigger, which sends an automatic review request when a tenant notifies you they won’t be renewing their lease.
User Import: Customers maintaining their user, profile and location data in other tools (spreadsheets, CRM, and others) have told us they need a more efficient – less manual – way to keep their user data updated. This new connector lets you schedule regular updates via SFTP, keeping Reputation user data in sync with the user data in your systems.
Available now for all customers.
Time is of the Essence: Improved Google + Facebook API Collection
Currently, we collect review and review response data from Google and Facebook every 24 hours. Based on overwhelming customer feedback, we’re cutting that time in half! Beginning in May, we’ll pull in review and review response data every 12 hours, for more real-time access to your customer feedback. This shortened collection interval should reduce the number of support tickets for review response delays, and allow us to provide faster, more responsive service when a ticket is necessary.
Available now for all customers; must have valid Google OAuth for all connected locations.
What Else is NEW?
- Credentials: Our latest update introduces the “Validate Location” feature directly within the Edit Account process, making it easier than ever to add or modify credentials. This seamless integration means fewer steps for you, ensuring a smoother, more intuitive workflow.
- Sources: We’ve introduced tenant-specific filters that allow you to use both standard and custom criteria like city and state. This new feature enhances your ability to pinpoint exactly what you’re looking for, giving you control and precision beyond our previous confidence filters.
- Listings: We’ve extended our Apple listing delegation to SMB accounts, enhancing listing management for needs found in sectors such as auto dealerships and hospitality businesses. This update offers a more tailored and effective approach to handling your Apple listings, enabling precise management and broadened capabilities.
- Review Booster: We are updating our workflow to ensure continuous support for your feedback collection process using Review Booster, with the upcoming discontinuation of the Google Places Review API widget. This update will take effect with our release on May 22, 2024.
