Tip of the Week: Make Your Locations’ Listings Pop
Reputation Staff Writer
It’s not enough anymore to display address, hours and a photo or two in your location listings. Consumers want to know what their experience will be like when they get to your location.
Google includes review snippets and star ratings along with search results, so make sure yours look the best they can. Actively request online reviews from every customer immediately following interactions, so you always have a fresh supply of recent reviews. Google notices if people have reviewed you recently — and weighs them more heavily than older reviews when determining where you rank.
