Listings, Your Way:
Enhanced Business Listings

Take control of your location data and publishing workflows with this month’s Business Listings updates. From granular permissions and built-in image resizing to smarter category mapping and more flexible profile settings, these enhancements are designed to help you move faster with greater accuracy…no workarounds needed.
- Role-Based Permissions for Listing Posts
Admins can now manage who can view, add, edit, or delete Listing Posts based on role—giving distributed teams the access they need while protecting against unwanted edits. - Image Resizer for Posts
A built-in image editor makes it easy to crop, resize, and format images to meet platform-specific guidelines (like Apple’s 1:1 ratio), helping you avoid upload errors and streamline publishing. - Google Category Update
Listings that used deprecated Google business categories are now automatically mapped to valid ones, ensuring your locations remain visible and accurate on Google Search and Maps. - Optional Business Hours for Rooftop Profiles
Rooftop profiles can now be published without business hours, removing blockers for industries with undefined or irregular hours, like healthcare or waste services.

Streamlined Surveys:
Upgraded Surveys Feed

The redesigned Surveys feed delivers a cleaner layout and smarter tools to help you act faster on customer feedback. With interactive visualizations, you can filter by trends like NPS scores or sentiment directly from the charts. New sorting and filtering options, like word count or unread responses, make it easier to prioritize comments that need follow-up. You can also download results, schedule reports, or forward specific responses to colleagues, all from one place. It’s everything you need to close the loop, right at your fingertips.

Smarter Syncs, Fewer Scripts:
Rep Connect Enhancements

This month, Rep Connect gets three big upgrades that eliminate the need for groovy scripting and make automation more flexible than ever.
- Survey Exporter – Rolling Date & Custom Range Options
You can now export survey data using rolling date logic or a custom date range – ideal for recurring reporting or integrations that need a fixed window of insight. - Custom Location Logic
Replace groovy scripts with intuitive location mapping logic, making it easier to configure and manage integrations without code. - Randomized Template Mapping
Add randomness to dynamic template selection directly in the UI with no engineering required. Perfect for A/B testing or varied response strategies
