One and Done:
Autofind Results Bulk Operations
One of the basic tenets of reputation management is accurate location data. But when you have hundreds – or thousands – of locations, that can be a herculean task without the right tools! Reputation’s Autofind Results scans all of your connected sources (like Google, Facebook, Apple Maps, Bing, etc.) for locations that meet your filtered criteria, and lets you accept or reject those suggested matches up to 50 at a time.
This feature enhancement expands the approval workflow, allowing you to accept or reject the suggested matches in bulk. Now, when Autofind Results returns more than 50 location matches, you have the option to accept/reject all results with just one click, saving countless hours scrolling through all your matches.

Have It Your Way: Publish Data Explorer
Social metrics are as unique as the social programs themselves, so a one-size-fits-all approach to reporting…well, it just doesn’t fit. You told us you need more tailored profile and post metrics, in easily customizable and sortable formats. Introducing Publish Data Explorer, our latest customer-driven enhancement enabling you to personalize your metrics overview to see the data most important to you.
Data Explorer empowers you to analyze metrics for your social profiles and social posts in a dynamic, easy-to-read table format. Handpick essential columns and customize your view by grouping and sorting metrics by social or other attributes. This tailored approach ensures you get the most relevant and meaningful insights for your social program.

Review Sentiment Filters
Ensuring all customer interactions reflect your brand promise is crucial to your reputation performance, including review responses. Bulk Review Response helps your team quickly address both positive and negative reviews, with an approval workflow to maintain brand standards. However, the high volume of reviews can make it time consuming to find those needing extra attention.
Enter Review Sentiment Filters, an exciting new feature that allows you to quickly sort pending responses by positive, negative and neutral sentiment. Now, you can more easily approve, edit or reject responses and prioritize those that need extra care.
Available now for all customers with Reviews and Bulk Actions; must have the new Reviews feed and Bulk Review Response approval flow enabled.
Better Connections: Sources Enhancements
We are introducing several enhancements to improve data collection from your feedback sources and provide a more seamless experience when you need assistance:
- Need help? Click the Explore button to go directly to the Support portal, where you’ll find articles, videos and more to guide you in setting up or troubleshooting those connections.
Available for all users with access to Sources. - If data collection from one of your sources isn’t working as expected, you can temporarily disable it to avoid data discrepancies. This will automatically send an in-platform notification to all users with “Data Collection Status” turned on, keeping your team informed. Once the source is stable and working properly, simply enable it with one click.

- For many automotive customers, Edmunds.com is a vital source for customer reviews. We have migrated our API connection, eliminating the need to enter “dummy” credentials to receive your Edmunds.com reviews. Now, you will see them directly in your Reviews feed, where you can monitor and respond.
Available for all customers with Edmunds.com as a Review Monitoring source.
What Else is NEW
- Core Platform: We are reintroducing a highly requested feature: Create User. This permissions-based feature allows tenant users to add new users, and edit or pause existing users. To add Create User permissions or check existing permissions, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
- Reviews: Our latest update adds more download capabilities to the new Reviews feed. You can now download your reviews as a .csv or Excel file, making it easier to share with key stakeholders.
Ready to switch to the new Reviews feed? Simply click the “Try the new Reviews feed” button from your Reviews feed page, or contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance. - Listings: We’ve expanded our Listings capabilities to include Breakfast Hours and Hotel 24-hour support, ensuring consumers have the most complete and accurate information about your hours of operation. Additionally, we’ve updated the Apple Categories to align with their recent changes, providing you with the same extensive list of categories to choose from.
- RepConnect: June brings exciting updates for customers who prefer a self-serve approach. This release enables you to use custom location filters without needing custom scripts or engineering assistance. When creating an integration, simply set your rules and preferences through a series of dropdown menus, and you’re done! We’ve also added DrChrono to the RepConnect library of connectors, giving our healthcare customers even more data sources for requesting patient reviews.

- Saved Views for Inbox & the New Reviews Feed: Do you have a set of filters you regularly use to sort your reviews or inbox messages? Ever wish you could save them as your default view, rather than adding them each time you log in? Join this Beta opportunity to test new functionality for creating new filter views, saving your favorite views and choosing your default view. Open to all customers with Reviews &/or Inbox.
- Create Action Plans from Insights and Reputation Score: You have a wealth of actionable insights within the platform, from your Reputation Score to sentiment analysis and more. But how do you and your teams turn those insights into a plan for improvement? This Beta opportunity is designed to help you bridge the gap between strategy and tactics using Action Plans. Open to all customers with Experience Insights.
