How old are your online reviews? Unless they’re very recent, they may not be doing you any good.
SearchEngineLand reports 69 percent of consumers think reviews older than 3 months aren’t even relevant.
To ensure you’re getting a continuous stream of new reviews, put processes in place to request them from every customer — preferably immediately following an interaction, which their experience with you is fresh in their mind. That way, they’ll be far more likely to respond — and you’ll get more details in the review.
