Reputation Lands on The Forrester Wave™: Social Suites, Q3 2021
Reputation Staff Writer
Reputation has been recognized by Forrester as one of the nine most significant social suites vendors. We are incredibly honored to have been named a challenger in our first time participating in The Forrester Wave™: Social Suites, Q3 2021 [available to Forrester subscribers and for purchase].
This placement means a lot to the team at Reputation. We may not be a leader (yet!) but we believe that by being a challenger, we are doing exactly that; we are challenging what it means to be a social suite. We believe the power for marketers lies in combining social media marketing with a full reputation management platform. We are the alternative to your historic social suite vendor, we believe brands need social media marketing coupled with reputation and reviews management. We have both capabilities with a social offering that is growing and developing with the needs of the market.
Nuvi Acquisition Bolsters Social Listening Capabilities
Reputation is known for being the world’s largest reputation experience management company but with our recent acquisition of Nuvi’s social listening platform, we now offer “an endless menu of visualizations with notable emotion and attribute analysis”, according to Forrester. However, coupled with our roots in ratings & reviews management for location-based businesses, Reputation tackles challenging scale with ease. Reputation continually puts R&D budget into platform and product innovation to create solutions that our customers and prospects need.
In our debut in The Forrester Wave™: Social Suites, Q3 2021, we are excited to be recognized among the most significant vendors. The feedback on how Reputation compares in this social suites evaluation further enables us to deliver more value to our customers by prioritizing the right investments in our platform moving forward.
Reputation Continues to Enhance The Social Suites Solution
The Reputation team is determined to keep rapidly improving and expanding our social capabilities and we have already started integrating the Reputation and Nuvi platforms to create Reputation Listening. As of today, customers can use single sign-on (SSO) to access Reputation Listening from either platform. More to come as the product innovation and engineering teams plan our launches throughout the rest of the year!
