Subaru’s OEM-supported base package through Reputation is ending as of December 31, 2025. This means dealers will no longer receive the base Reputation package automatically through Subaru corporate. Instead, dealerships will now have the opportunity to contract directly with Reputation for their preferred package and level of service.
No. You will not lose access immediately. The current solution will continue through December 31, 2025. However, to avoid service interruption after December 31, 2025, your dealership will need to sign a direct agreement with Reputation before the OEM-supported program sunsets. Our team will guide you through this process to ensure a smooth transition.
Reputation offers a variety of packages to fit dealership needs. You can choose from:
Starter Package – Self-service platform to manage listings, reviews, and surveys
Core Package – Includes managed review responses, listings & email review requests
Advanced Package – Adds Social, Actions, and Competitive Insights for data-driven improvements
Premium Package – Fully managed ‘white-glove’ service across all Reputation modules
Our team will work with you to identify the package that aligns best with your goals.
Previously, billing flowed through Subaru as part of the OEM program. Going forward, Reputation will invoice your dealership directly. Pricing and package options will be presented during your transition process.
Yes. SAF ADFunds will still be available to support your marketing efforts; however, please note that dealers will now be required to apply for reimbursement directly through Ansira. This means Reputation will invoice your dealership directly for services, and you will then submit your claim to Ansira for reimbursement in accordance with Subaru’s program guidelines.
Your historical Reputation data—including reviews, listings, and insights—will remain intact and carry over seamlessly as long as you transition your account to a direct agreement with Reputation.
