
Identify Top Recommendations to Improve Your Reputation Score

1. Let's explore Reputation Score benchmarks.
The first step is to navigate to the Reputation Score X tab. Click the arrow (>) to expand the navigation bar.
2. Click Reputation Score X
3. To view how we're doing compared to the industry, let's look at each component that makes up our Reputation Score. Click Components
4. For Review Sentiment, 88% is our score. We fall in the 88th percentile for Review Sentiment.
5. We can compare our 88th percentile to the Industry Average of 48%
6. We can also compare our 88th percentile to the Best In Class of 99%
7. Let's change the date range. Click 365 Days
8. When you change time frames, the percentages we looked at for each component will not change. These always show the most recent percentages. What does change are the trend charts on the right.

The first step is to navigate to the Reputation Score X tab. Click the arrow (>) to expand the navigation bar.
2. Click Reputation Score X
3. Click the arrow (<) to collapse the navigation bar and gain more screen real estate.
4. Scroll down to the What can I do to improve my Reputation Score? section.
5. Here we see three suggestions to improve our Reputation Score. Click View All Recommendations to see the full list.
6. Each recommendation is tagged with the component it will impact most. Click the Review Volume component tag to view additional details.
7. Scroll to explore additional information, such as what is helping or hurting that component's score.
8. As well as what has impacted the score since 30 days ago.
9. And what you can do to improve that component's score.
10. At the bottom of the page, you can always learn more about your selected component.
