Reputation Subprocessors

Reputation.com, Inc. and its affiliates (including Reputation.com (UK) Limited, Reputation.com Germany GmbH, Reputation (Australia) Pty Limited, and Social Mecca, Inc. dba NUVI) engage third-party data processors (“Subprocessors”) to assist in providing products, services and infrastructure support. Prior to engaging any Subprocessor, Reputation uses commercially reasonable efforts to evaluate a Subprocessor’s data protection practices. Reputation requires Subprocessors to provide, at a minimum, the same level of data protection required of Reputation.com under applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Changes to Subprocessor List

Our business needs may change from time to time which may require us to modify our use of Subprocessors. For example, we may deprecate a Subprocessor to consolidate and minimize our use of Subprocessors. Similarly, we may add a Subprocessor if we believe that doing so will enhance our ability to deliver our Services. Reputation will provide notice of new or changes in Subprocessor via this webpage. All inquiries about or objections to any Subprocessor may be made in writing by sending an email to privacy@reputation.com. To ensure that you receive prompt notice of any changes to Subprocessors, please email your company name, name, title and email address to us at privacy@reputation.com and we will provide you with notice of any changes.
