1. Let’s explore Reputation Score benchmarks.
The first step is to navigate to the Reputation Score X tab. Click the arrow (>) to expand the navigation bar.
2. Click Reputation Score X
3. To view how we’re doing compared to the industry, let’s look at each component that makes up our Reputation Score. Click Components
4. For Review Sentiment, 88% is our score. We fall in the 88th percentile for Review Sentiment.
5. We can compare our 88th percentile to the Industry Average of 48%
6. We can also compare our 88th percentile to the Best In Class of 99%
7. Let’s change the date range. Click 365 Days
8. When you change time frames, the percentages we looked at for each component will not change. These always show the most recent percentages. What does change are the trend charts on the right.
