800/900 Badge Reputations Scores are aggregated for each location’s quarter-end reading: March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, 2025. The location’s final score is either the year-end reading or quarterly average, whichever is higher. A location must have a Reputation Score on December 31, 2025 to be eligible. Reputation Scores may vary between 800/900 Badge Awards and industry rankings. Reputation Scores in industry rankings are based on all locations in Reputation’s benchmark having the same, industry-specific assignment. However, 800/900 Badge Awards are generated from client accounts, where industry assignments can be adjusted by clients and impact Reputation Score calculation.
